Question - How to use language file to change in phpBB?

In my project, there are two language files: English and Thai (en and th), located in the language folder. However, what I want to know is how to handle language changes. Specifically, when the user clicks on the Thai language button, how can the entire page switch to Thai? Or how does this change occur, and what steps should I take to implement this functionality?

From the image, you are in the ACP. If you want to access the User Control Panel, go to your profile menu and select User Control Panel.

In phpBB, if there is only one language installed, it won't prompt to choose a language. Have you configured other languages in the ACP?

I've installed the Thai language pack folder, what to do then?
