In phpBB3, I can change the board language by going to User (your username in the top-right corner) > User Control Panel > Board Preferences > My Language, but this only changes the language for logged-in users.

I want to change the default language for not logged-in users in phpBB3.
How can I do this?

To change the default language for not logged-in users in phpBB3, you need to update the board's default language setting in the Administration Control Panel (ACP). Here are the steps to do this:

1. Log in to the Administration Control Panel (ACP):
- Use an account with administrative privileges to log in to your phpBB board.
- Click on the "Administration Control Panel" link, usually found at the bottom of the page.

2. Navigate to the Board Settings:
- In the ACP, click on the "General" tab at the top.
- Find the "Board Configuration" section on the left side menu.
- Click on "Board Settings" under this section.

3. Change the Default Language:
- In the Board Settings page, look for the "Default language:" option.
