B - Unable To Send Email In New Customer Creation Page In Joomla 5, MooZiiCart 2

Component Name: Mooziicart

Version: Joomla 5 + Mooziicart 2 + template megadeal ii

URL: http://localhost/joomla_5_mooziicart_2/ ... ller=users

Steps:
(1) Go to "Customers" sub menu under MooZiiCart
(2) Click on 'New' button
(3) Fill the necessary fields, like username, email, passwords, .... etc
(4) Save the form

Expected Result: It should send the email to that user

Actual Result: Email could not be sent.

Error Message:

Could not instantiate mail function.
Email could not be sent.

Environment: Joomla 5 + Mooziicart 2 + template megadeal ii

Q - How to send email in new customer creation in MooZiicart 2 ?

If you're testing on localhost, it won't be able to send emails anyway. No need to fix this part.

I've tested with SMTP and created sharing also - viewtopic.php?p=387797#p387797

But for Mercury, I followed step by step from this video

and setup in XAMPP also. After that, what to do to send email in Joomla ?
